Newtown First Selectman Rosenthal seeks residents to fill openings on local boards/commissions

First Selectman Rosenthal is seeking residents to volunteer to fill vacancies and openings on the following boards and commissions:

• The Commission on Aging has two alternate vacancies available to a Democrat or unaffiliated voter. Resumes are due by January 31.
• The Sustainable Energy Commission has an open position available to any registered voter.  Resumes are due by January 31.
• The Board of Ethics has two alternate vacancies, one available to a Republican or unaffiliated voter, one available to a Democrat or unaffiliated voter.  Resumes are due by January 31.
• The Inland Wetlands Commission has a vacancy available to a Democrat or unaffiliated voter.  Resumes are due by January 31.

Any interested party can send a letter of interest and a resume to susan.marcinek@newtown-ct.gov
