Tap Into JOY! Handling Holiday Stress

Local Holistic Health Practitioners Continue Self-Help Workshop Series in December

The Tapping Practice, formerly Tapping for Peace, a private, AAMET-certified* EFT Tapping holistic health group in Sandy Hook, CT, will continue their new self-help Tap Into Your Strength workshop series in December, presenting TAP INTO JOY! Handling Holiday Stress on Wednesday, December 13, at 7:00 pm at their office/studio in Sandy Hook.

The monthly workshops held at The Tapping Practice are focused on the holistic health practice of tapping, an Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) recognized by the American Psychological Association as an effective treatment for stress and trauma.

TAP INTO JOY! Handling Holiday Stress will feature the practitioners from The Tapping Practice — Suzanne Rossini, Victoria Cryder and Kay Flynn — who will be teaching simple EFT Tapping techniques to help relieve the effects caused by stress and anxiety brought on by the hustle and bustle of the holiday season. The Tapping Practice workshops are intended to be simple introductions to tapping and how the technique can help you to reduce stress and tension in your life caused by any situation, from minor everyday stress to serious trauma.

Participants will:

  • Learn the basics of EFT tapping and how and why it is so effective 
  • Practice stress reduction techniques with the guidance of a Certified EFT Practitioner
  • Learn simple techniques to apply the method at home or anywhere!

Workshops will be held at the studio/offices of The Tapping Practice/Tapping for Peace, located at 107 Church Hill Road in Sandy Hook, CT. Workshops are 90 minutes long and $20 each.
