Newtown is in need of a change in leadership. We need leaders who will look out for all of us and not just follow a party line. We need a Representative and a Senator who have fresh, innovative ideas to move Newtown and CT forward.
Rebekah Harriman-Stites is running for the 106th Assembly district. She has been a community leader in youth sports, the PTA and as Vice Chair of our Board of Education. She owns a successful small business and knows those challenges and how to make ends meet.
Michelle McCabe is running for the 28th Senate district. Her experience running non-profit organizations helping people feed their families has shown her that a smart government can work for all its citizens. She has seen first hand how government programs can work and can ensure that our tax dollars are spent wisely and effectively.
