Norfolk Library to Be Closed at Least Two Weeks

COVID-19 Update: Library Closed
In light of the current volatile situation regarding the COVID-19 pandemic, and to protect the health and safety of our community and library staff, we have made the very difficult decision to close the Norfolk Library for a period of at least two weeks beginning Monday, March 16. No library materials will be checked out during this time period, and all fines accrued for late materials will be waived. The book drop will be open for returns.
Library staff will be on hand weekdays from 10 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. to assist patrons via telephone at 860-542-5075 and to process new materials. This is subject to change. We will not be offering curbside pick-up. We will continue to keep you informed about the status of our service. As always, online resources such as ebooks, e-audiobooks, e-magazines, movies, music, and online learning are available 24/7 at norfolklibrary.org.
You’ll find the most current information on COVID-19 at the CDC website, https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/index.html. Please follow the CDC guidelines in order to help keep you and your family safe and healthy.
Thank you for your patience as we navigate this challenging time!
