OUTLOOK FOR SATURDAY INCREASING CLOUDS AND COLDER WITH SNOW DEVELOPING BY 5 P.M.  HIGHS 25-29.

SATURDAY NIGHT SNOW BECOMING HEAVY WITH INCREASING WINDS WITH LOWS AROUND 20, ACCUMULATIONS BY MIDNIGHT 5 to 9 INCHES.

OUTLOOK FOR SUNDAY HEAVY SNOW CHANGING TO SLEET AND FREEZING RAIN FOR A FEW HOURS THEN BACK TO SNOW BY NOON. TEMPERATURES 25-30 THEN PLUNGING IN THE AFTERNOON TO THE TEENS. ANY LIGHT SNOW WILL BE BLOWING AND DRIFTING AS WINDS INCREASE TO 30-40 MPH, CAUSING POWER OUTAGES FROM THE ICE ACCUMULATIONS.

TOTAL SNOW AND ICE ACCUMULATIONS 8 TO 12 INCHES SUNDAY NIGHT VERY WINDY AND FRIGID WITH TEMPS FALLING TO NEAR 0 AND WIND CHILLS 20-30 BELOW.
