City Meadow Officially Open

After years of hard work on the part of many town boards, committees and community cooperative involvement, Norfolk's long-awaited City Meadow Park is officially open to the public.  On Sunday, December 10, town officials ceremonially cut the bright red ribbon at the Shepard Road entrance, while the season's first measurable snowfall covered the ground.
