Of course you can still pay your bill in person at Norwalk City Hall's tax office Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. or you can pay at TD Bank, Webster Bank, Fairfield County Bank, Patriot National Bank, or Norwalk Bank & Trust.
If you choose to mail in your payment, make your check payable to "TAX COLLECTOR," City of Norwalk. Mail to: Tax Collector, P.O. Box 5530, South Norwalk, CT 06856. Be sure to include both payment coupons when you mail in your car tax payment.
The total amount due is without penalty until August 1, 2012.
