Celebrate Mardi Gras in SoNo this Saturday night, February 9 at Black Bear Saloon's Stop Light Masquerade Mardi Gras Party.
In traditional Mardi Gras fashion, you will receive free beads at the door plus a mask. But there are "mask rules." You get a green mask if you're single, purple if you have a significant other, and if you just aren't sure, gold is your color. During this celebration, Black Bear is giving out $500 in cash prizes for being awesome at limbo, beer chugging, a frozen t-shirt contest, and the girl who can round up the most beads by the end of the night wins $100! There will be drink specials like $3 Soco and lime shots and $3 fireball shots and if you're a lady your admission is free before 11 p.m. and you get a drink on the house.
