You're IT Vista Group International!
Three questions with Martha Yaney President of Vista Group International.
Why did you start your business?
Visita Group International was founded in 1990 to provide Visitor Information Systems for Tourist Attractions. Primary markets are museum and tourism industries seeking educational and entertainment techniques to improve the quality of their exhibits and guided tours.
Best selling product or service?
Vista Group International’s popular SoundStik® audio handsets add the impact of sound, reduce noise pollution and are low maintenance. We are just now announcing a new SoundStik®-mp3 model for multiple languages.
Other popular products include SoundPost outdoor audio kiosks, SoundStik StandAlone iPad kiosks, and volume resetting amplifier, VCX 150, for hearing assistance and audio description.
We have many local clients including Middlesex Historical Society in Middletown, CT, Connecticut River Museum in Essex, CT and Danbury Public Library. In addition, we have a small core team of dedicated professionals aging from university students to seniors and a large team of reliable suppliers. In Norwalk we use Walt Graham Productions, Total Printing, Jared Manufacturing, Greyskye Marketing, and Cottage Productions.
Please note: Vista Group is seeking a part-time electronics technician with experience in audio. Any age is welcome to apply.
