Why Small Businesses Matter
Shop small, do big things for your community
Why Small Businesses Matter puts a spotlight on the local merchants who donate their time, talent, goods, and services for the betterment of our community. The shop local movement spreads virally as local businesses who are “tagged” have the opportunity to share their story!
You're IT, Nancy Sheppard Pantoliano Homes!
Four questions with Nancy Sheppard Pantoliano, founder of Nancy Sheppard Pantoliano Homes.
Why did you start your business?
We have been serving the Rowayton community for many years. Originally as VanSlyck Brokerage, then Prudential CT Realty and now as Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New England Properties. From the beginning, our mission has always been about serving our clients and helping them achieve their real estate goals.
What is your best-selling product/service?
Our all-encompassing services in matters of real estate. From market evaluations to staging, assisting with mortgages and insurance, and then to marketing and assisting our clients with the selling or purchasing of their homes
How many local businesses do you use to support your business (products and services) and can you name them?
Have you "reimagined" your small business?
With the turn of events in the past 2 years, we have had to learn a new way of doing business. It was something that I feel we were able to conquer quickly to be able to serve our clients.
Nancy would like to nominate Rowayton Wine Shop to be featured next!
