King Industries in Norwalk purchases flags to be placed at veteran gravesites in Norwalk. All ages are welcome and encouraged to attend.

Sequence of events: 9:30-10:00, refreshments; 10:00- National Anthem, Pledge of Allegiance, Taps; guest speaker is Medal of Honor recipient Jim McCloughan, who served in the same unit as Norwalk's Daniel J. Shea, who also received the Medal of Honor and is buried in St. John Cemetery.
Other: boxes of flags will be provided; attendees are welcome to take boxes of flags to cemeteries in the city
