Due to a tanker crash in Norwalk yesterday closing I-95, at the request of Norwalk officials, The Friends of the NRVT have been asked by Norwalk officials to cancel its 2nd Annual Celebration of the Norwalk River Valley Trail event scheduled for Saturday, May 4 from 10 AM - 2 PM at various sections along the Trail.
The organization is following the advice and canceling. The event may be rescheduled later this year.
