Norwalk Letter: 54 Local Nonprofits Participate in Fairfield County's Giving Day

Dear Editor,

On February 27th, let’s help support local nonprofit organizations that are so vital to our community. Fairfield County nonprofit agencies foster local civic engagement, stabilize families and neighborhoods, fuel social progress and drive regional economic growth.

As a resident of Norwalk and an employee of champion sponsor Bank of America, I am encouraging our neighbors to consider participating in Fairfield County’s Community Foundation Giving Day. I feel strongly that each of us can play an important role in supporting the valuable resources our nonprofit organizations provide for our community. This event is important to Bank of America because our company sees purpose in providing opportunities to drive prosperity and economic mobility.
