Norwalk Community Health Center (NCHC) and East Coast Kombucha (ECK) present the first “Elements of Wellness” event Saturday, July 24 at East Coast Kombucha in Norwalk at noon.
This free event will include a chat and book signing with Author and Westporter Catherine Stone. Her book Down to the Marrow chronicles Ms. Stone’s triumph over illnessand is filled with inspiring stories of determination and strength.
