Mango Hummus Chicken
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup Lantana Fruit Mango Hummus, mango flavor
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Use cooking spray, butter, or coconut oil to coat a medium baking dish. Pat the chicken breasts with paper
towels and season with salt and pepper. Lay the chicken in the baking dish and using your hands, coat each side generously with the Lantana mango hummus. Squeeze the juice of one lemon over the chicken and bake for about 30 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through. Serve immediately with steamed veggies and/or rice on the side.
