Aitoro Appliance, the family-owned and operated appliance showroom is celebrating its 70th anniversary with a Customer Appreciation Weekend celebration of cooking demonstrations, giveaways, and more to commemorate the milestone. Founded in in 1948, Aitoro Appliance was born when Anthony Aitoro and his three sons (Vincent, Rudy, and Carmine) pursued their own version of the American Dream by opening a variety store on Ely Avenue in South Norwalk, Connecticut. The award-winning Aitoro Appliance Showroom –which moved to Westport Avenue in Norwalk in 1963 to accommodate the business’ steady growth—has been consistently recognized for housing some of the country’s most beautiful, fully functioning kitchen displays.
Fast forward 70 years and Aitoro Appliance still offers the most in-demand brand names in appliances to customers of all tastes and budgets. In signature Aitoro style, the store is honoring the anniversary and hosting exclusive customer appreciation special events taking place November 2nd through November 4th at their store located at 401 Westport Avenue in Norwalk. Open to the public, guests who visit the showroom over the weekend can enter-to-win prizes such as a 65” Samsung television, kitchen makeover packages, chef-hosted private dinners, and more. On Saturday, November 3, guests will be able to experience chefs creating some culinary magic with cooking demos and food sampling in several of Aitoro’s live kitchens.
