When Norwalk Police Officers responded to Calf Pasture Beach on the report of a young girl floating face down in the water and unresponsive, they rushed to find Morgan, the lifeguard and the heroine, performing CPR on the girl.
The officers were so impressed with her life-saving efforts, they nominated Morgan for life-saving award. The award was presented to her today by Mayor Rilling. Alexis, the saved young lady, was present with her family, to express their gratitude!
