Why did you start your business?
One of my first jobs was working for a pest control company and I liked it, so I continued down that career path. Over the years, I realized I could do a better job on my own. In 1988, I went out on my own and it was the best thing I ever did. My business has grown two-fold.
Best selling product/service?
The best service I offer is green pest control. I’ve been offering green pest solutions way before it was the right thing to do. We target everyday pests, like mice, rats, bed bugs, all types of bees, centipedes, cockroaches, ants and the like.
Falcone Creative Design has helped with my marketing and office management for the last 12 years. I also use Total Printing in Norwalk for my printing needs. Tim Nash of Nice Thread in Westport does my shirts and then there’s Eric of Grey Brothers in Norwalk, who assists when there are large pests, like raccoons. He’s the best at them!
