Why did you start your business?
I started the firm in 2001 as a means to make a living, initially while looking for fulltime employment. I discovered that small businesses had a need for the expertise a firm like mine could offer and that there were more than enough prospective clients in this market to sustain a business. Our client base (over 1,000) range from startups and small businesses to some of the top brands in the Fortune 1000.
Best selling product or service?
Our clients utilize us for HR Support, Training and Development, Recruiting and Payroll Support. Our services are delivered on an hourly basis, offering a “pay-for-use” approach, as well as a per employee per month basis, both proving economical and well within reach for businesses of all sizes and with varying timelines.
I wish I could make CT legislators realize that the laws they are putting in place to benefit their constituents are actually hurting them. These laws are making CT a more difficult place for businesses to thrive, which in turn hurts growth for existing businesses in the state. It also makes CT a place fewer want to come to and start a business.
