Step inside American Interactive Marketing!

Three questions with Jonathan Kinzler, founder of American Interactive Marketing.

What do you want the community to know? Are there ways for the community to help you and other local businesses to prosper?

Connecticut business owners are a resilient group. American Interactive Marketing has helped many businesses find clever ways to adapt their marketing to the constraints imposed by the Corona Virus pandemic. We keep an open mind to possibilities and work with business owners to find ways to operate profitably.

Are you offering any new products, or ways for customers to purchase your products or services that are popular during this crisis?

In response to the increased interest in Social Media Advertising, we have created bundled services to combine Social Media Ad management and PPC management at an attractive price point. This has become extremely popular over the last 2 months as businesses continue to shift their marketing emphasis to online platforms in lieu of onsite efforts.

Please share the ways your business is adapting to keep your customers and employees safe in addition to the standard guidelines

Since forming in 2007, we have always operated as a virtual agency with staff working remotely around the country. This mode of operation has encouraged us to rethink our business workflows, from internal communications to the production of output for clients. We continually incorporate and evaluate new tech as it comes along, and decide what to keep. As an example, we started using Zoom and Slack in 2018. We still use Zoom, but Slack is on the back burner for now.

We love having a face to face meetings with our clients however, for the time being, we will do those online through video conferencing.

The single most important thing we've done during the Corona crisis is to increase the frequency of communication with all of our clients as well as our availability. Nothing is worse than not being able to reach and speak with the businesses that you rely upon for support during times of crisis.
