What do you want the community to know? Are there ways for the community to help you and other local businesses to prosper?
We are a female minority-owned business. We’re doing our best to remain open to help our beloved customers during this difficult time. We appreciate your continued support and would really appreciate any referrals.
Are you offering any new products, or ways for customers to purchase your products or services that are popular during this crisis?
We are running some specials relative to the day of the week, or pertaining to holidays. We have a rewards program for returning customers.
Are there certain individuals or organizations that supported you and your business through this trying time?
We want to thank our loyal customers for their continued patronage and for recommending us to their family and friends. All of our customers are part of our Norwalk Nails family.
We have met and exceeded any and all guidelines from the CDC and local authorities. We temperature-check our workers before they come to work, and we temperature check, require hand sanitization and sanitize the shoes of our customers as they enter our salon. We’ve purchased plexiglass dividers for our manicure tables and all workers and customers wear masks at all times. We have UV-light sterilization for all equipment and deep clean/sanitize all areas after each customer. Not only do we want our customers to be safe, but we also want our workers to be safe as well.
