Three questions with Corey Tolkin, founder of Unbakeables.
Why did you start your business?
We started our business out of a love of eating cookie dough straight from the bowl! As a kid, I always used to sneak a scoop of dough from the bowl, my mom, and now business partner would just say no to me and my siblings. That's when she came up with a cookie dough recipe with no raw egg!
What is your best-selling product/service?
How many local businesses do you use to support your business (products and services) and can you name them?
We work together with multiple different local grocery stores as a way to get products to the customer. These include Village Market in Wilton, The Pantry in Fairfield, Walter Stewarts in New Canaan, Palmers in Darien, and Caraluzzi's in Bethel, Newtown, and Wilton.
