Why Small Businesses Matter in Norwalk: KKPhoto Stories

Why Small Businesses Matter

Shop small, do big things for your community

Why Small Businesses Matter puts a spotlight on the local merchants who donate their time, talent, goods, and services for the betterment of our community. The shop local movement spreads virally as local businesses who are “tagged” have the opportunity to share their story!

You're IT KKPhoto Stories!

Three questions with Kate Kohut, founder of KKPhoto Stories.

Why did you start your business?

I started my business because I love photography. I think of it as art. I wanted people to have a chance to get artistic images that tell their stories creatively.

What is your best-selling product/service?

I offer several digital and printed or wall art packages.

How many local businesses do you use to support your business (products and services) and can you name them?

I work with several local makeup artists and hairstylists, especially when I work on my own creative projects.

Kate would like to nominate Capri's Cuisine to be featured next - "My nomination - best empanadas, more than 50 flavors, very nice friendly people run it!"
