Why did you start your business?
Our mission is to provide an honest evaluation of your home. Provide you with sensible solutions with honest pricing. Lastly, to put in an honest day's work with results that we are proud to stand behind. We started this company because it is so hard to find a home improvement company that is honest.
So many people have horror stories about hiring a contractor and they either disappear in the middle of a job, or their work winds up being unsatisfactory and then they disappear! We guarantee all our work and stand by it 100%!
What is your best-selling product/service?
We do more asphalt shingle roofs than anything else!
Have you "reimagined" your small business?
We have had to reimagine the way we advertise nowadays. We used to use lead services like HomeAdvisor.com and Angielist.com but those sites have gone through a lot of changes and frankly, they don't work anymore. We have found that by putting up an honest ad and telling people we are on social media (so the customer can see who we are before we even knock on their door) works best. We have found that it helps to build the trust that is so crucial in our industry before we even meet them.
