Why Small Businesses Matter in Norwalk: Admin This Desiree

Why Small Businesses Matter

Shop small, do big things for your community

Why Small Businesses Matter puts a spotlight on the local merchants who donate their time, talent, goods, and services for the betterment of our community. The shop local movement spreads virally as local businesses who are “tagged” have the opportunity to share their story!

You're IT Admin This Desiree!

Four questions with Desiree Serrano, founder of Admin This Desiree.

Why did you start your business?

I started my business during the pandemic to allow individuals and businesses to have virtual services to accommodate their office needs so that no one would have to scramble at the last minute to complete their projects.

What are your best-selling products/services?

My resume and graphic services since there is a higher demand for people going back to work or starting a new business.

How many local businesses do you use to support your business (products and services) and can you name them?

I have collaborated with Regal Real Estate by providing them with their new company logo. Brian Clarke is the owner.

Have you "reimagined" your small business?

I do hope that people will see I am trying to help the community and allow Admin This Desiree LLC to assist them with various services. This will help promote our business and potentially grow our clientele which makes us very grateful to be included in Hamlet Hub!

Desiree would like to nominate Regal Real Estate to be featured next - "Brian Clarke is an amazing business owner, friend, and past co-worker!"
