Rockland County and Town of Clarkstown continue to be committed in saving Cropsey Farm land & Barn in New City, NY.
Today, there was a brief press conference at Cropsey Community Farm to recognize the work of Rockland Farm Alliance, and the Cropsey Community Farm project who have been recognized throughout the state and even in the country as an innovative model for saving and creating farms. Rockland County and Clarkstown have stepped up again by committing to rebuild the historic barn so that members of our community, and especially school children, can experience and learn about the importance of local farms and local food production.
