STEM Kits at the Library!

Enjoy summer fun with Science Technology Engineering and Math! Delve into the worlds of computing and engineering  by introducing your child to our fun and educational STEM kits.

Learn how to code, build toy cars that move, beam lasers, and discover electricity. Borrow a kit with your library card, take it home and explore a science concept.

Encourage your budding scientists, engineers and innovators! Build their knowledge and skills to solve problems, evaluate evidence and make sense of information. Grow problem solving skills while encouraging play and experimentation.

There are 23 kits in the collection with recommended age ranges of 2 and up, and they may be loaned out for 2 weeks.

To borrow one, stop by the Children's Desk at the Main Library in Pleasantville, choose a kit from our STEM Kit Booklet and check it out with the Children's Librarian.

Please note, kits may not be placed on hold and cannot be picked up or returned at another library.
