G. ADOPTION OF 2017-18 SCHOOL DISTRICT CALENDAR
RESOLVED, that the Board of Education hereby adopts the 2017-18 School District Calendar, a copy of which shall be incorporated by reference within the minutes of this meeting.
H. APPROVAL OF ADDITIONAL PROFESSIONAL SERVICES

RESOLVED, that the Board of Education approves the appointment of Saint Vincent’s Hospital for additional professional services in the amount of $1,500 to provide HS Tutoring Services, bringing the 2016-17 school year maximum to $2,400.

RESOLVED, that the Board of Education approves the appointment of The May Institute for additional professional services in the amount of $23,394.46 to provide Summer 2016 Residential Special Education Maintenance, bringing the 2016-17 school year maximum to $114,794.46.

RESOLVED, that the Board of Education approves the appointment of The Learning Shop for additional professional services in the amount of $5,200 to provide Home Instruction for Special Education Students, bringing the 2016-17 school year maximum to $13,650.
VIII. BUSINESS AFFAIRS
A. ACCEPTANCE OF GRANT
RESOLVED, that the Board of Education hereby accepts a grant from the Pleasantville Fund for Learning, to be placed in a Trust and Agency Account for the purposes set forth as follows, in the amount of $2,500.
