A. RECOMMENDATION OF THE COMMITTEE ON PRE-SCHOOL SPECIAL EDUCATION
BE IT RESOLVED, that, upon the recommendation of the Superintendent of Schools and the Committee on Pre-School Special Education, the Board of Education reviews the following classifications and arranges for the following placements and/or services for cases numbered: 0916, 3015.
B. RECOMMENDATION OF THE COMMITTEE ON SPECIAL EDUCATION
BE IT RESOLVED, that, upon the recommendation of the Superintendent of Schools and the Committee on Special Education, the Board of Education reviews the following classifications and arranges for the following placements and/or services for cases numbered: 321617, 361617, 221617, 291314, 301617, 821314, 231314, 411415, 311213.
C. ACCEPTANCE OF NON-RESIDENT TUITION STUDENT
RESOLVED, that the Board of Education accepts the following non-resident tuition student for the 2016-17 school year and authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to sign a contract delineating tuition rates for this special education student.

D. APPROVAL OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
1. RESOLVED, that the Board of Education approves the appointment of Asset Works, for professional services, to provide a Web Based Software Application for Fixed Asset Tracking, for May 1, 2017 –
April 30, 2018, at a maximum of $1,600.
2. RESOLVED, that the Board of Education approves the appointment of Westchester County Department of Health, for professional services, to provide Maintenance for Special Education Students, for the 2016-17 school year, at a maximum of $142,305.
3. RESOLVED, that the Board of Education approves the appointment of Summit School, for professional services, to provide Tuition for a Special Education Student, for February 2017, at a maximum of $3,408.80.

APPROVAL OF ADDITIONAL PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
1. RESOLVED, that the Board of Education approves the appointment of Rosemary Williams, for additional professional services in the amount of $1,000, to provide Orientation & Mobility Services, bringing the 2016-17 school year maximum to $2,500.

APPROVAL OF AFFILIATION SITE AGREEMENT
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Superintendent of Schools is hereby authorized to execute an Affiliation Site Agreement between the Pleasantville School District and the University of Scranton, effective February 17, 2017 and authorizes the Superintendent of Schools to sign said agreement.
G. APPOINTMENT OF ELECTION INSPECTORS
RESOLVED, that the Board of Education hereby appoints the following individuals to work as Election Inspectors at the Annual School District Meeting and Election on Tuesday, May 16, 2017, at a rate of $14.50/hour and authorizes the District Clerk to hire substitutes for Election Inspectors who cannot serve on the day of the vote:

H. RATIFICATION OF MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT
RESOLVED, that the Board of Education hereby ratifies the Memorandum of Agreement dated March 3, 2017, between the Pleasantville Union Free School District and the Civil Service Employees Association effective July 1, 2016 through June 30, 2019, and appropriates the monies to fund the 2016-19 Agreement between the parties;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the President of the Board of Education is hereby authorized to execute a collective bargaining agreement between the parties based upon the Memorandum of Agreement which incorporates all of the agreed upon conditions of employment.
I. APPROVAL OF BOCES CONTRACT
RESOLVED, that the Board of Education hereby authorizes the President of the Board of Education to execute a contract for services during the 2016-17 school year with Southern Westchester BOCES.
VIII. BUSINESS AFFAIRS
A. APPROVAL OF HEALTH CONTRACT
RESOLVED, that, upon the recommendation of the Assistant Superintendent for Business, the Board of Education approves the following Health Services Contract for the 2016-17 school year:
White Plains City School District – 6 students at $996.58; total cost of $5,979.48
