Jeannette Brodeur - Editor

Jeannette Brodeur has been a journalist for 25 years. She was born in Waterbury and got her start as a reporter for Imprint Newspapers and the Naugatuck Daily News.

As a young reporter, who was shorter than most of the national television news crews, Jeannette was able to stand right in front of the news crowd to snap a close photo of then presidential candidate and now former President Bill Clinton.

For six years, she served as a copy editor and popular columnist for the New Jersey Herald, the largest daily newspaper in Sussex County, New Jersey.

She is an active volunteer here in town and serves as the president of the Plymouth/Terryville Special Needs PTA. Jeannette and her family have lived in Terryville for eight years. She enjoys reading, photography, listening to Bruce Springsteen and taking walks around Lake Winfield.

Jeannette is looking forward to being the local source for news and events in Plymouth. If you have any ideas or suggestions for stories, e-mail her at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. .
