Richard Mishley, of Trumbull, may be new to TDBank but he has been a banker for over 33 years. He worked at Bank of America for 28 years and spent the last five at Patriots Bank. He is also no stranger to the area. Rich's dad worked at the Gilbert & Bennett Wire Mill and he is looking forward to geting to know the area again.
Rich has rolled up his sleeves and is ready to jump in and become an active member of the Georgetown community. TD Bank encourages giving back to the community and Rich is the right person to do so. He loves the customer oriented feeling that TD fosters. He explained that at TD they do "needs based selling." They listen to the customer and put together services that suit their needs rather than trying to push the bank product of the month. TD, he explained, is a bank that feels small but has all of the resources of a large bank.
Rich is also the face of the bank in the community. His community work includes Junior Acheivement, Boy Scouts, the United Way and local Chambers of Commerce.
Rich has a warm smile and is approachable and friendly, not like the stereotypical bank manager. Stop in to the branch to say hello!
