Lyrics Coffee House Series Continues with David Morgan December 7th

The Lyrics music series features artists performing original music in a warm coffeehouse environment starting at 7:30pm on Fridays or Saturdays at the Redding Community Center from November – March. Admission is $12 at the door or $10 in advance for each show - click here to register online.

The next coffeehouse is Saturday, December 7th featuring David Morgan. More about David from his website: "A true music mentor, David Morgan has been a professional musician, producer, musical director and educator for 20 years. He has performed and toured worldwide with his jazz trio & Neshama Carlebach, performed & recorded with the likes of Wynton Marsalis, Wes Anderson and Peter Himmelman. David writes and arranges music for CBS Sports & has produced more than 30 recordings for other artists. A graduate from The University of New Orleans with a BA in Jazz Studies under the direction of Ellis Marsalis, David has now focused his attention to The Music Shed located in Redding, CT where he shares his love of music with musicians of all ages by teaching "the art of playing in a band"."

Come to the Community Center with a bottle of wine and enjoy some "lyrics" worth listening to. Bring the kids or the parents; it is half price for seniors or children. The coffee is free and you will receive one coupon good for a soft drink or desert item. Additional snacks are for sale. Wi-Fi is available so bring your laptop.

The Community Center is located behind the elementary school on Lonetown Road.
