Ridgefield's own Hoodoo Brown BBQ will be featured on national TV tonight, Wednesday, June 27. The pilot episode for a TV series named Smokelandia will air at 8:30pm on Cooking Channel. In Episode 101, Texas Monthly BBQ editor Daniel Vaughn travels the country in search of BBQ standouts - and finds one at 967 Ethan Allen in Ridgefield!

While in Texas, he finds truly original hot links that have been served for almost a century near the Louisiana border. Then, he finds a surprisingly delicious pork belly in Connecticut before visiting Sam Jones BBQ in North Carolina for a legendary whole hog.
