My tasting notes: This prosecco was made for brunch- perfect to create the most delicious Bellinis but also lovely to drink on its own. A clean, crisp and lively sparkling wine with notes of lemon zest, under ripe pear and peach. A touch of honey-sweetness completes the picture. Pair with brunch fanfare, cheese or charcuterie boards, burrata glazed in balsamic, fried shellfish platter.. the list goes on and on. A gorgeous little Prosecco indeed.
