Third Saturdays: Family Art Experiences at The Aldrich on Saturday, August 17 · 10 am to 3 pm
Join The Aldrich on the third Saturday of every month for hands-on art projects and gallery exploration led by Museum educators. In August, explore the world of photography in Legacy: Photographs from the Emily Fisher Landau Collection by experiencing the Museum's Camera Obscura and building your own pinhole cameras.
From 10 am to 12 noon, children aged two to five are invited to play in the galleries, followed by storytime and art-making. From 1 to 3 pm, children aged six to ten are invited to engage in gallery games and hands-on art projects. All children must be accompanied by a caregiver.
Both sessions include snack time and although the workshops are geared to a specific age range, siblings and friends of all ages are welcome to participate!
