JBHS is proud to host our ninth annual St. Baldrick's event on Monday, March 16th, 2020 from 9:15am -12:30pm.
The St. Baldrick’s Foundation is a volunteer-driven charity committed to funding the most promising research to find cures for childhood cancers and give survivors long and healthy lives. St. Baldrick’s coordinates its signature head-shaving events worldwide where participants collect pledges to shave their heads in solidarity with kids with cancer, raising money to fund research.
Last year Barlow’s St. Baldrick’s event raised over $15,000 to fund promising research for childhood cancer. In our eight years working with St. Baldrick's we have raised over $142,000!
You can sign up as a "shavee" and get an early start to your fundraising, or if you don't think you will be shaving your head, you can still donate to the event or you can choose to support a participating "shavee."
