Nurse-Family Partnership at RVNAhealth Baby Supply Drive at Caraluzzi's in Bethel, Georgetown and Newtown

Nurse-Family Partnership at RVNAhealth is holding a Baby Supplies Drive at all Caraluzzi's Markets (Georgetown, Bethel and Newtown) from today, Monday, November 1st – 15th.

What is Nurse-Family Partnership?

Our team of maternal and child health nurses utilizes the evidence-based Nurse-Family Partnership (NFP) nursing model which pairs mothers with their own personal nurse from pregnancy through their child’s second birthday.

RVNAhealth Nurse-Family Partnership is a voluntary, free program for eligible mothers residing in Western Connecticut. When combined with traditional medical care, mothers participating in the program are more likely to have healthy pregnancies with fewer preterm and low birth weight newborns, are more likely to be successful at breastfeeding and have infants and toddlers who are healthy and meet developmental milestones.

If you are unable to visit a Caraluzzi’s Market, please feel free to bring any items to the RVNAhealth offices at 27 Governor St., Ridgefield, CT. We will have a donation box in our vestibule for drop-off.
