The Redding Historical Society is hosting Rock 'n Roots Festival this Saturday, June 30 from noon to 10 pm to at Lonetown Farm. The Festival is the brainchild of Redding Town Historian Charley Couch.
The grand finale of this outdoor festival that ends with a grand fireworks display by Blue Sky Fireworks.
This is a great community event to raise money for the Redding Historical Society (34 Lonetown Rd, Redding, CT).
The fee is $10 for Redding residents (please bring ID) and $20 for non-residents.

Back in 2015, Redding Historical Society & Town Historian Charley Couch had an idea. Why not have a July 4th celebration in town, complete with music, fireworks, games and tasty addons like a pie tasting contest for the ages, a notion not thought possible given just how difficult it would be to pull it off. Well, the esteemed Mr. C made it happen and now, at the age of 4, Charley’s Rock’n Roots Revival is alive and well and will jump off on June 30, 2018.
