Join us this week as we travel to Mexico and uncover the best way to cook Ceviche and make a traditional Jalisco Margarita with Four Seasons Punta Mita Executive Chef, Jorge Gonzalez. You have an opportunity to learn from the best and understand how to transform your “catch of the day” into a dish to delight all your friends and family. More than just cooking, Chef Gonzalez, cooking live from the Four Seasons Punta Mita, will enlighten us on the different styles and flavors of tequila as we make a traditional Jalisco Margarita. All attendees will receive recipes, register early so you can be prepared to cook in real-time along with Chef Gonzales.

Our Travel Dreaming series is a collaboration with travel expert Angela Caes of Fernleaf Travel and focuses on inspirational and educational trends we are seeing in travel today and into the future.
Executive Chef Jorge Gonzalez has 13 years of experience all over the world – Egypt, Spain, Hong Kong, Russia and the United States. He brings a global flair to his local roots at Four Seasons Punta Mita, where he provides creative leadership to the resort’s restaurants, bars, in-room and delivery dining, private events and outside catering.
