The Town of Redding building permit application procedure will be moving to an electronic process beginning Tuesday, March 20th. All permits will go through the electronic process. Old paper applications will no longer be accepted following the implementation of the new process.
Applications can be filed from any computer. There are also public terminals at the Building Department, Zoning Department and Planning Department for the applicant’s convenience.
All applicants will need to register as a user with View Point Cloud or already be an active user. A link for registration can be found on the Building Department page on the Town of Redding website (or click here). You will also find a link to a “Frequently Asked Questions” document which has instructions for registration.
