Celebrate National Trails Day with a Hike in Redding

Celebrate National Trails day in Redding on Saturday, June 2 from 8:45 am to noon with a 5.5-mile hike at Saugatuck Falls and Stormfield Natural Areas. 
 
Hike two of Redding’s best known natural areas back to back connected by a short dirt access way and the lovely Moffitt’s Brook Trail. There are a few steep spots and some rocky footings. Bring water and a snack.

Meet at the park at the Diamond Hill Rd entrance to Saugatuck Falls. Use #73 Diamond Hill to locate the entrance to dirt access way and drive in to trailhead.
