A beautiful deep, hazy pink in the glass, with just enough carbonation to keep it dancing, Party Monster lives up to it's name. Bright, vibrant blackberry, raspberry, and cranberry pair with a delicate touch of earthy funk, reminiscent of Basque cider. On the palate, the wine has just enough body to the wine to perfectly balance the inherent fresh tartness, making this lively juice even easier to drink. At 11.8% abv, this delicious natural wine is a perfect aperitif to be drunk with cheese and charcuterie, but I plan on crushing this with everything from Easter ham to poolside barbecues, or at least as long as I can hold onto some.
