Dark cherries and blackberries, herbes de Provence, mocha, black pepper hit the nose and linger on the palate. Structured tannins, medium-high acidity that makes this wine refreshingly easy to drink. Pair with big juicy steaks, charcuterie and cheese antipasti platters, roasted vegetables or like me- with a grilled rack of lamb and fire roasted potatoes. A pleasure to sip and savor.
