Our tasting notes: Wait.. no alcohol here? Tastes like a fine sparkling rosé! Burst of strawberries, raspberries, cranberries, green apples, lemon. Nice minerality running along. Super refreshing. Made from 100% Pinot Noir. Pair with chicken schnitzel (breaded with panko, garlic and parsley and fried) with a side of wild greens and a citrus vinaigrette, or a shrimp creamy risotto.
