Sandy Hook Promise Co-founder and World-class Musician performs for the first time since 12/14/12 - A Father's Promise: The Concert this Saturday

Sandy Hook Promise co-founder Mark Barden is a world-class musician who lost his passion for making music when his son Daniel was killed in the Sandy Hook Elementary School tragedy on December 14, 2012. In the years since, Mark and his family have been on an incredible journey filled with inspiration, perseverance and, mostly, love.

Mark has rediscovered the unique joy that only music can provide.

Join Sandy Hook Promise on Saturday, August 13 in-person or via livestream for A Father's Promise: The Concert at the Fairfield Theatre Company Warehouse.

All ticket sales will benefit Sandy Hook Promise.

Mark will be joined by renowned band leader Jimmy Vivino, a vaunted house band and several extraordinary guests, including Aztec Two-Step and Eric Donnelly of The Alternate Routes.

The musical performances will be interspersed with compelling scenes from the in-process documentary about Mark’s journey, entitled “A Father’s Promise,” and footage from the concert will be included in the completed film. The film will be released this December, in time to honor the 10-year remembrance of Sandy Hook.
