Romolo Promises Fresh Pasta on Tuesdays & Donates Proceeds to Local Charities

Hungry for homemade pasta "to go" - Romolo style?

Today, Tuesday, September 19, Romolo Gastro Pizza will open the back door to their exclusive pasta-making kitchen to sell one of their Roman-style specialties at wholesale prices: $15 per box of pasta WITH sauce!

Enter 100% homemade (by Chef and Chopped champ, Germano Minin) Ravoli.

Each Tuesday, you are invited to knock on Romolo's kitchen door and purchase carefully boxed and fresh (not frozen) pasta.

With the kids back-to-school and afterschool activities in full swing, the timing couldn’t be more perfect.

Romolo owner, Bruno DiFabio has announced that he will donate 100% of fresh pasta sales to local nonprofits. First up: the Boys and Girls Club in Ridgefield. "Every quarter I will switch the recipient of the donation," says DiFabio.
