In 2020, we released the Chateau Laulerie "Pour L'Amour Rose with the goal of donating a portion of the profits to the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.
The Rosé was such a hit, that in 2021, we tripled down, adding the Laulerie Blanc and Rouge to the lineup for the same cause.
With your help and support, we were able to donate over $5,000, and for that we are truly grateful.
With the momentum these wines picked up last year, we're excited to again raise funds to donate to Dana-Farber, but we're also able to offer these wines at an even better price.
I should mention, that we tasted these wines last week, and I'm thrilled to report that they're drinking even better than we remembered...
2020 Chateau Laulerie "Pour L'Amour" Blanc:
100% Sauvignon Blanc. Crisp and citrusy, herbaceous and floral, with a creamy texture leading into a refreshing, mineral finish. An excellent year-round aperitif or accoutrement to fish or chicken.
70% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Merlot. Packed with juicy red berries and bright orchard fruit, wet stones, and a beautiful silky texture. It's always rose season to us, but with spring finally upon us, we'll be keeping this one in the cooler for the foreseeable future.
2020 Chateau Laulerie "Pour L'Amour" Rouge:
100% Malbec. Ripe, juicy black fruit, grippy tannins and peppery earth, and a long, rich finish. Perfect for everything from a Sunday roast to a steak or burger off the grill.
