On Earth Day, April 22, head to The Hickories Organic Farm in Ridgefield to enjoy a temporary art installation of sculpture and poetic scrolls by the artists behind the acclaimed Renovare la Terra ("renewal of the earth") exhibit currently showing at Ridgefield Library.
At 3:30, enjoy a reading of nature-based poetry with Ridgefield Poet Laureate Barb Jennes, Jeanne LaVasseur (whose work appears in the recent "Waking Up to the Earth" anthology), and artist-writer Jean Linville.
