Why Small Businesses Matter
Shop small, do big things for your community
Why Small Businesses Matter puts a spotlight on the local merchants who donate their time, talent, goods, and services for the betterment of our community. The shop local movement spreads virally as local businesses who are “tagged” have the opportunity to share their story!
You're IT Waveleone Real Estate Services!
Three questions with Francis Magrone, founder of Waveleone Real Estate Services.
Why did you start your business?
I started my business to provide exceptional client-centric service to understand what the client is looking for in their Home Renovations and Home Selling & Buying needs. There are many moving pieces to a construction project and a real estate transaction so our job is to help turn your vision into reality with a seamless operation. We believe that active hands-on management, consistent risk management, and a trusted, developed network enable your project to be completed on time and within budget.
What is your best-selling product/service?
Some of our most requested projects are kitchen & bathroom remodels, other interior renovations such as structural wall removal & flooring replacement, as well as exterior renovations such as window replacements, siding replacement, and roof replacement.
We also provide Home Selling Services with our partnership with Higgins Group Private Brokerage to give you the best experience when selling or buying your home.
How many local businesses do you use to support your business (products and services) and can you name them?
We use many local businesses throughout our construction projects; from tradesmen to lumberyards to our local vendors to shop for materials. One project may include the support of about 12 local businesses, each sharing their skills, knowledge, and products. Having a creative team and an experienced, trusted, and developed network enables us to plan, perform, and complete projects within budget and on schedule.
