Results of last week's Special Town Meeting in Redding

At the Special Town Meeting in Redding held on Tuesday, February 13, 2018, it was voted unanimously to:

1.  Approve funding for plant upgrades at the Redding Wastewater Treatment Plant in an amount of $796,212 to be financed through a combination of a municipal lease and the unassigned fund balance.
2. Approve “Ordinance Prohibiting Waste Associated with Natural Gas and Oil Extraction” (click here to view ordinance).
3. Adopt changes to “Land Use Applications Ordinance” and changes to the Land Use Fee Schedules.  (click here to view change to ordinance and fee schedules).
